OPTIMA 5
The OPTIMA multi-axis turning centre has been developed for greater versatility and faster production cycles in the bar turning sector. Non-machining times have been drastically reduced allowing for significantly better production cycles than most of its competitors.
The machine offers a 3-axis front slide with turret, a 3-axis rear comb and a robust tool block for second operations with Y-axis. The system allows extremely fast tool position changes.
AXIS CONFIGURATION
3-AXLE FRONT CARRIAGE WITH TURRET
It has X-3, Y-3 & Z-3 axes with a turret without disc movement in the rotation with servo motor with 24 stations for fixed or motorized tools, 12 for the main spindle and 12 for the sub-spindle.

Part Program Test
Using the manual pulse generator, the upper carriage and the lower turret can be moved through the program (forward and backward). This utility considerably reduces machine set-up times.
