OPTIMA 3
The OPTIMA turning centre has been developed to achieve greater versatility and faster production cycles in the bar turning sector. Non-machining times have been drastically reduced allowing for significantly better production cycles than most of its competitors.
The machine offers a 3-axis comb.
The system allows extremely fast tool position changes and tool height adjustment via control.
AXIS CONFIGURATION
3 AXLE REAR COMB
It has X-1, Z-1 & Y-1 axes as well as up to 12 positions for turning tools to work on the spindle.

OPTIONAL Rear Gang Slide Power Tool System 3 Spindle Milling / Drilling unit with ER-20 collet system 5000rpm maximum speed 1.5Kw power.

Part Test Program
Using the manual pulse generator, the upper carriage and lower turret can be moved throughout the program (front and back). This utility considerably shortens makeready machine.
