ME 106
ME106 special machine is designed to verify tubes, both lengths and diameters and classify them according interior requirements identified by the machine.

It consists of a charger, a unit for downloading, and the table of measurement and classification.
​
This machine is improved to measure a series of tubes / caps comprising the following range of diameters: diameter 7, 16, 18, 20 and 28 as to lengths from a minimum of 15 mm up to 140 mm.
​
Also performing the test method "pass - fail".

Mitsubishi PLC system with which we can perform all the operations necessary for the special machine.

Besides having a measuring "probe" for the verification of the measure.
