AXIS CONFIGURATIONS
SUPERIOR TURRET
It has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for subcabezal), axes X-1 & Z-1 move, and a turret with integrated servo motor for rotating the disc clamping system for fixed VDI-40 tool internal or external.
LOWER TURRET
It has up to 24 tools (12To the main spindle and 12 for subcabezal) axes of motion X-3 & Z-3 and a non-integrated servo motor driven lift With VDI-40 turret, and a turret with integrated servo motor rotation of the disc clamping system VDI-40 for fixed internal or external tool.
SUBSPINDLE
With Z-2 axis and 3-jaw plate 200 mm.
CNC SYSTEM
Mitsubishi CNC control system 700 nano multi-channel monitoring extremely fast and powerful touchscreen 19 ".
Part Test Program
Using the manual pulse generator, the upper and lower turret truck can be moved along the program (forward and backward). This utility dramatically reduces set-up time machine.
