MAXIMA RANGE
The MAXIMA machines are designed for excellent performance and flexibility. The dead times have been drastically reduced, allowing the machines to overcome many of its rivals in cycle times.
These machines offer a combination consisting of one or more higher carts combs undercarriage tools and a turret system. Combs tools allow extremely fast tool changes and the Y axis allows a wide range of simultaneous turning and milling operations in both the main spindle and the subspindle.
MAXIMA 5
UPPER TURRET SLIDE
This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-1 & Z-1 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.
LOWER TURRET SLIDE
This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.
COUNTER SPINDLE
This has Z-2 axes and has a 200 mm 3 jaw chucking system.

This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-1 & Z-1 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.
LOWER TURRET SLIDE
This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.
COUNTER SPINDLE
This has Z-2 axes and has a 200 mm 3 jaw chucking system.
MAXIMA 6
UPPER GANG SLIDE
This has X-1, Z-1 & Y-1 axes as well as 16 tool positions with up to 22 tools - 5 fixed external or internal tools for working with the main spindle, 5 fixed external or internal tools for working with the counter spindle and 6 fixed tools for working with the main or counter spindle (12 with double tools).
LOWER TURRET SLIDE
This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.
COUNTER SPINDLE
This has Z-2 axes and has a 200 mm 3 jaw chucking system.

It has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-30 internal/external fixed or axial/radial rotary tooling.
The 2 Axis Counter Spindle has Z-2 and X-2 axes and by using super imposition, 3 operations can be carried out simultaneously.

UPPER LEFT GANG SLIDE
It has X-1, Z-1 & Y-1 axes as well as 11 tool positions – 5 fixed internal or external tools and up to 6 fixed or rotary tools for working with the main spindle.
UPPER RIGHT GANG SLIDE
It has X-2 & Y-2 axes as well as 11 tool positions – 5 fixed internal or external tools and up 6 fixed (or optional rotary tools) for working with the counter spindle. (Z-2 axis with counter spindle slide).

It has X-1, Z-1 & Y-1 axes as well as 11 tool positions – 5 fixed internal or external tools and up to 6 fixed or rotary tools for working with the main spindle.

It has X-1, Z-1,Y-1 and B axes as well as 15 tool positions with up to 30 tools (using double tools) – 3 faces each with up to 3 rotary and 2 fixed positions with combinations of:
5 single internal/external tools per face – total 15 tools or
10 double internal/external tools per face – total 30 tools or
3 rotary tools and 4 double tools per face – total 21 tools

UPPER LEFT B-AXIS GANG SLIDE
It has X-1, Z-1, Y-1 and B axes as well as 15 tool positions. There are 3 faces, 2 of which have up to 3 rotary and 2 fixed positions or up to 5 fixed internal/external tools and the remaining face has 5 fixed internal/external tools.
