MAXIMA 6
The MAXIMA machines are designed for excellent performance and flexibility. The dead times have been drastically reduced, allowing the machines to outperform many of its rivals in cycle times.
These machines offer a combination formed by a single upper tool car with combs and an undercarriage turret system. Combs tools allow extremely fast tool changes and Y axis allows a wide range of simultaneous turning and milling operations in both the main spindle and the subcabezal.
The MAXIMA 6 machine is designed to provide the most productive and cost-effective solution for high speed manufacturing in today’s ever more demanding market for turned parts from chuck with a single set up. Production of both complex and simple components is made easy with the Maxima 6’s multi-tool, multi-axis capability.

AXIS CONFIGURATION
UPPER GANG SLIDE
This has X-1, Z-1 & Y-1 axes as well as 16 tool positions with up to 22 tools - 5 fixed external or internal tools for working with the main spindle, 5 fixed external or internal tools for working with the counter spindle and 6 fixed tools for working with the main or counter spindle (12 with double tools).

LOWER TURRET SLIDE
This has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-40 internal/external fixed tooling.

COUNTER SPINDLE
This has Z-2 axes and has a 200 mm 3 jaw chucking system.
CNC SYSTEM
Mitsubishi CNC control system 700 nano multi-channel monitoring extremely fast and powerful touchscreen 19 ".
Part Test Program
Using the manual pulse generator, the upper and lower turret truck can be moved along the program (forward and backward). This utility dramatically reduces set-up time machine.
