MAXIMA 9B
The Maxima 9 B Axis 42, 52 and 65 machines are designed to provide outstanding performance and flexibility. The non-cutting times have been reduced dramatically, enabling the machines to outperform many of their rivals in cycle times.
The machines feature a lower turret slide, upper right gang slide and a unique B-axis upper left gang slide incorporating 270 degree rotation, enabling in-cycle milling and drilling of angled features on both the main and counter spindle.
The gang slide system enables extremely fast position changes and the Y and B axes allow a wide range of simultaneous turning or milling on both the main and counter spindle.
With a total of 50 tools available, coupled with 13 axes and the capability of 3 tools cutting simultaneously, these machines are capable of achieving high productivity across the board, from the simplest to the most complex of components.
MAXIMA 9B machine is designed to get the most productive and cost-effective solution for every day growing market demand bar turning from bar or plate in a single bound. The production of complex or simple components made simple with the multitool and multitasking machine MAXIMA 9B.

AXIS CONFIGURATION
The Upper Left B-Axis Gang Slide has X-1, Z-1, Y-1 and B axes as well as 15 tool positions. There are 3 faces, 2 of which have up to 3 rotary and 2 fixed positions or up to 5 fixed internal/external tools and the remaining face has 5 fixed internal/external tools
The Lower Turret Slide has up to 24 tools (12 for the main spindle and 12 for the counter spindle), X-3 & Z-3 axes and a non-lift servo motor-driven turret with VDI-30 internal/external fixed or axial/radial rotary tooling
The Upper Right Gang Slide has X-2 & Y-2 axes as well as 11 tool positions – 5 fixed internal or external tools and up 6 fixed (or optional rotary tools) for working with the counter spindle. (Z-2 axis with counter spindle slide).

Part Test Program
Using the manual pulse generator, the upper carriage and lower turret can be moved throughout the program (front and back). This utility considerably shortens makeready machine.
