AXIS CONFIGURATION

It has available a total of 18 tools with 6 axes of linear motion and two spindles.

The upper slide 3-axis has a maximum of 6 fixed tools or a combination of 3 motorized and 3 fixed tools.

The lower slide 2-axis has 12 tool positions, 6 for use in the main spindle and 6 more for use in the counter spindle.

The strength and stiffness of counter spindle allows greater distribution of operations between head and counter spindle to get better production times.

Part Test Program.

Using the manual pulse generator, the upper carriage and lower turret can be moved throughout the program (front and back). This utility considerably shortens makeready machine.
