GAMA OPTIVA
The turning center OPTIVA multi-axis has been developed to achieve greater flexibility and faster production cycles in the bar turning sector. No machining times have been drastically reduced allowing production cycles get significantly better than most of its competitors.
OPTIVA 36-42
It has available a total of 18 tools with 6 axes of linear motion and two heads.
The top slide 3-axis has a maximum of 6 fixed tools or a combination of 3 motorized and 3 fixed tools.

The undercarriage 2-axis has 12 tool positions, 6 for use in the main spindle and 6 more for use in the subcabezal.
The strength and stiffness of subcabezal allows greater distribution of operations between head and subcabezal to get better production times.
